Chlorine PVC Manifold

Catalogue

Chlorine may only be continuously withdrawn from tanks at a rate of approx. 1% since the pressure would drop considerably as a result of the reduction in temperature associated with the loss of energy if chlorine is withdrawn at a higher rate.

This can result in icing on the outside.

For this reason, large quantities of chlorine are withdrawn from several tanks in parallel and collected in a chlorine manifold.

The chlorine manifold is available for connection to three or six chlorine cylinders.

Unused connections can be sealed with blank caps.

Important:
No excess pressure

The chlorine manifold must not be used for pressurized chlorine gas, but only in a vacuum.
