The TOPAX®
Industry controllers are komplex systems on microprocessor
basis. Different physical values can be measured, edited
and processed by the TOPAX®
Industry. For this purpose a whole
range of measuring modules is available. The TOPAX®
Industry can be programmed for most
different ways of controlling correcting elements.
As an additional measuring input a slot to accommodate
a temperature module is available. This measuring input
is used for temperature measurement and/or for temperature
compensation
in the case of pH measurement. For transmitting the
measured values, a 0/4...20 mA current output can be
allocated to the input. For the measuring input min.
and max. limit values can be set. If a set alarm value
is exceeded, a relay switches (collective alarm). The
alarm can be set with a delay of up to 60 minutes.
The measured values are shown on an LC display with
a digit height of 13 mm and on a two-line alphanumerical
LC display with a digit height of 5 mm. The two displays
are part of the front plate.
The measured value is shown permanently on the 13 mm
LC display. The measured temperature value can be displayed
by pressing a key on the front plate. For programming,
the two-line alphanumerical display is used. Menus with
plain language instruct the user. The programmed values
are code-protected against unauthorized modification.
