Description
The Model 1210 is a motor driven, positive displacement
chemical metering pump. It is designed to feed a broad
range of chemical solutions and light slurries safely
and efficiently.
This mechanically actuated diaphragm pump is available
in simplex or duplex models with independently adjustable
chemical resistant feeding heads.
Performance
The 1210 Series pump incorporates simple and efficient
low maintenance technology. The simplex version has
a capacity range of 0.3 to 24 gph and pressure range
up to 200 psig.The heavy-duty ball bearing cam minimizes
wear and prolongs pump life. The speed reducer is totally
immersed in oil for full protection and minimal wear.
Materials of Construction
Chemical resistant heads of PVC, clear Tyril® and 316
Stainless Steel combined with a Hypalon® or Viton® diaphragm
provide material selections to
meet the most demanding requirements of chemical metering.
Uniquely designed poppet check valves allow for more
reliable seating and increased accuracy compared to
the standard ball check valve.
Features
- A separate manual stroke length control for each
individual pumping head allows in-motion capacity
adjustment of 0-100%.
- Transparent Tyril® head permits visual flow monitoring.
- Tubing connections include foot valves and injection
nozzles
- Speed selection, provided by 3-step cone pulleys,
expands range of pump capacity
- Standard foot mounted NEMA 48 or 56 frame with fractional
horsepower AC motor
- Heavy duty ball bearing cam with worm and wheel
reducer
- Self-priming allows pumping from original chemical
container.
